Becoming a Host Family

If you sound like a potential match for the Bettina Network, your request will be turned over to someone who will visit you in your home and get to know you a little better. Our representative will take pictures to bring back to discuss with others, look around your neighborhood to see what it is like, and get a sense of the possibilities. If the initial consultation is promising, we will do market research to determine the potential for us to develop a market for you and identify the possible price we think we could get for your location.

During this process, we will have a number of conversations that will allow us to develop a relationship. We want you to understand our philosophy on bed and breakfast service and we want to understand your motivations for joining the Network. By the end of this process, we will know what to expect from each other.
