Operationally, Bettina-owned and co-owned homes are a part of The Bettina Network, Inc. in the same way that other host families are part of the network.

These homes are either owned by the corporation or owned with investors who want to benefit from the appreciation of real estate through owning property which welcomes bed and breakfast guests.
